MBBS in Management Quota – Eligibility
As stated earlier, for getting MBBS admission through the management quota, the candidates need to ensure that they meet the eligibility for it. The deemed university is recognized and recommended by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and the Dental Council of India (DCI). There are approximately 5867 MBBS seats of management quota in deemed universities. Let us now understand the whole MBBS admission through Management Quota.

The MCC or the Medical Counselling Committee handles the registration and admission process for Deemed universities.

The closure of schools and delay in results due to the countrywide lockdown amid COVID-19 pandemic has shifted the academic calendar by over 5 months for students. The Ministry of Human Resource Development received around 1.5k suggestions from educationists on reducing the curriculum from class 9th to 12th. Accepting the suggestions, CBSE has decided to reduce the 30% of class 11th and 12th syllabus. As per the notice, the core concepts have been retained while a few topics from various NCERT and CBSE books have been deleted. Education Minister of India, Mr Ramesh Pokhriyal, also tweeted about the reduction in CBSE Syllabus.
