NEET Participating Colleges Accepting NEET 2021 Scores, Ratings, NIRF Ranks

NEET is an all-India level entrance test conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). Aspirants take this exam for admissions to various medical and dental colleges.
- Approximately, 355 medical colleges and 125 dental colleges accept NEET scores for admissions.
- In all, allotment of 15% of the entire medical seats is for qualified candidates under All India Quota.
- The remaining allotment is for 85% State Quota seats through state level counselling.

The Govt of India established AIIMS, New Delhi in 1956 through an Act of Parliament.

CMC is located in Vellore. Christian Medical College Vellore Association has maintained the institution since 1918. The college received permanent affiliation from Madras University in 1950.
- The college offers many undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral courses.
- The aforementioned courses focus on the areas of Medicine, Surgery and Nursing.
There is certain confusion for admission in this institute through NEET Counselling as CMC used to conduct its own exam before NEET.

3. Armed Forces Medical College, Pune
AFMC is a premier medical institute of India.
- It provides training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical and nursing students.
- These students are also assured career prospects in defence services of India.
- The college offers MBBS and B.Sc (Nursing) at UG level. While, MD & MS courses in various specializations at PG level.
First, AFMC shortlisted candidates through NEET All India Ranks. Finally, AFMC selects candidates after an English Test, Psychological Test, Interview and medical examination.

4. Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi
MAMC is a government medical college in Delhi and was established on October 24, 1959. The institute is affiliated to University of Delhi and is located at Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg.
- The college offers undergraduate, postgraduate and Super Specialty (DM and M.Ch) courses.
- The campus houses Lok Nayak Hospital, GB Pant Hospital, Guru Nanak Eye Centre and Maulana Azad Institute of Dental Sciences. Admissions to all the courses will be through All India Rank in NEET UG and NEET PG only.

5. King George’s Medical University, Lucknow
King’s George Medical University is one of the esteemed Medical institutes of North India, located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. The university, established in 1911 was formerly known as Chhatrapati Shahuji Maharaj Medical College.
- Every year, this university admits 1250 students to its undergraduate courses (including dental) and 450 students to its postgraduate courses.
- MBBS course is for the duration of four and a half years.
- For taking admission in the Institute minimum 50% marks is required for Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English.

6. Kasturba Medical College, Manipal

The Grants Government Medical College located in Mumbai is one of the most renowned medical institutes, affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nasik. It is the third oldest college in India and is one of the foremost centres of post graduate medical studies with an annual intake of 425 students. Overall strength of the college is over 2500 students. Since 1837 the college has been affiliated to University of Madras.
