MCC has extended the latest date for the candidates who have joined the allotted institute in the NEET PG 2020 counselling round-1 to resign from their joined seats due to the spread of Coronavirus. Candidates will have time to withdraw their seats by 5:PM on 8 May 2020.
Due to the Covid-19 outbreak and numerous court proceedings, the deadline for the resignation of seats was postponed forward in view of other state counselling processes being delayed.
Candidates who want to withdraw their allotted seats can send their information via email or report physically requesting to the allotted college. The seats resigned by the candidates will be available for the allotment in the second round of counselling.
Medical Counselling Committee has also asked colleges to email the resignation letter to these candidates.
MCC Conducts counselling process for 50% AIQ seats for all states except Jammu and Kashmir, 100% seats of deemed universities and 100% seats of central universities.
