AIIMS MBBS is a national level undergraduate medical examination. It is conducted by AIIMS Delhi and the qualifying candidates are eligible for admission into all the 7 AIIMS institutes in the country. AIIMS MBBS is conducted annually in the online or the CBT mode. AIIMS Syllabus generally consists of the class 12 CBSE science syllabus.

Unlike most entrance exams, the conducting body has not specified AIIMS syllabus. On the basis of AIIMS paper analysis, it has been observed that nothing beyond class 12th Physics, Chemistry, Biology and General Knowledge is asked. You must strictly stick to the syllabus for a good result in the exam.
AIIMS Syllabus
Preparation for AIIMS Starts during the class 11th when you choose the science stream. In 11th you understand the basic concepts and study them through class 12th. AIIMS entrance will be conducted is English or Hindi as per choice of the candidate. Candidate can choose their language at the time of filling the application form. Once the choice is taken and submitted then it will not be changed.
Marking Scheme
1 Mark is awarded for each correct answer, 1/3rd will be deducted if the answer is wrong. No marks are given or deducted for the unanswered questions.
AIIMS Exam Pattern
AIIMS follows the exam pattern as given by AIIMS Delhi. It is a fixed pattern which is divided into 4 sections. There are a total 200 questions which candidates must attempt in 210 minutes.
