AIIMS Result: Download Your Scorecard & Merit List From Here

AIIMS MBBS will be conducted in the online mode on May 25 and 26, 2019. Post the examination, AIIMS result will be released on June 12, 2019 in the online mode. Along the AIIMS result, you can download the merit list which will be released on the same date. The authority will not entertain any other source of declaring the AIIMS result.

Note- You can download AIIMS Admit card from here on May 15, 2019.

AIIMS Result will be released by the authority roll number and rank-wise. You need to visit the site and login using your credentials. It will give you the access to download individual percentile scores as well. Only AIIMS qualifiers will be able to download the result on the mentioned date. After the result is declared, AIIMS counselling will begin in last week of June 2018.

AIIMS MBBS is held for admission to MBBS Program in the 7 AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in the country. For 2018, cut off percentile was 98.83% for General category, 97.01% for OBC-NCL category and 93.65% for SC-ST category. You can expect AIIMS cutoff 2019 around this score only.

How to check AIIMS Result

Students can check the examination result in online mode only by visiting the official website. To check the result, students need to enter the details such as Candidate ID, Password and Security Code. The result will not be sent to the applicant’s address. Following are the useful steps to check the AIIMS Result:

  • Visit the official website of AIIMS i.e.
  • On the website homepage, click on the Academic courses tab
  • Select the desired UG courses offered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Click on the Registration/ Login button
  • Enter the details such as Candidate ID, Password and Captcha
  • Click on the Login button
  • After clicking on the button, the result will be displayed on the screen. Students can download and take the printout of the result for future use only.

Details on Scorecard

A scorecard can also be downloaded from the official website. Students are advised to download and keep the scorecard safe because it is required at the time of admission. Scorecard contains the information related to the marks obtained by the student in the exam. Along with the admit card, students also need to carry all their original documents.

The merit list of UG courses will be released by AIIMS New Delhi. It will contain the list of the candidates who have qualified the AIIMS cut off. As per the students cut off marks they will be ranked in the merit list. Those students having rank in the merit list will be invited for the counselling process.

AIIMS UG 2019 Cut off

Cut off marks are the minimum marks scored by the candidates in order to get admission in the particular course. The cut off will be decided by the governing body i.e. AIIMS. On the basis of the cut off marks, merit list will be prepared. It contains the All India Rank, overall and subject wise percentile etc. The cut off will be released through online mode in the month of June 2019. The cut off will be released category and institution wise.

Following are the factors on the basis of which cut off will be decided:

  • Total number of students appearing in the exam
  • Availability of Seats
  • Total numbers of students qualify the exam
  • The difficulty level of the examination
  • Reservation norms
  • Previous year cut off trends
  • Marking scheme

The minimum qualifying percentile is mentioned below:

AIIMS UG 2019 Counselling

Students will be called for counselling on the basis of their ranks in the merit list. The counselling will be conducted in offline mode only and will be organized for all seven AIIMS. Students must appear at the specified time and venue mentioned in the counselling call letter. Students will be given preference as per their ranks in the merit list.

The counselling will be conducted in three rounds followed by the open round of counselling. Counselling will begin from July 1st week. During counselling, students have to fill their preference and pay the counselling fee. The number of candidates equal to the four times the total number of seats will be called for the first round of counselling.

At the time of counselling, students must bring the one photocopy of registration slip along with the original documents. The list of the documents is as follows:

  • Date of Birth proof
  • 10th and 12th mark sheet and passing certificate
  • Category certificate
  • Recent passport size photographs
