All India Institute of Medical Sciences i.e. (AIIMS) is responsible for announcing result of AIIMS MBBS 2018. The result announcement is tentatively scheduled for June 18, 2017. AIIMS MBBS Result is declared in the form of pdf containing roll number, category, rank, sectional and overall percentile. AIIMS MBBS is held for admission to MBBS Program in the 9 AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) in the country. How to check AIIMS UG 2018 Result

Students can check the examination result in online mode only by visiting the official website. To check the result, students need to enter the details such as Candidate ID, Password and Security Code. The result will not be sent to the applicant’s address. Following are the useful steps to check the AIIMS UG 2018 Result:

  • Visit the official website of AIIMS i.e. www.aiimsexams.org
  • On the website homepage, click on the Academic courses tab
  • Select the desired UG courses offered by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
  • Click on the Registration/ Login button
  • Enter the details such as Candidate ID, Password and Captcha
  • Click on the Login button

Details on Scorecard

A scorecard can also be downloaded from the official website. Students are advised to download and keep the scorecard safe because it is required at the time of admission. Scorecard contains the information related to the marks obtained by the student in the exam. Along with the admit card, students also need to carry all their original documents.

The merit list of UG courses will be released by AIIMS New Delhi. It will contain the list of the candidates who have qualified the AIIMS cut off. As per the students cut off marks they will be ranked in the merit list. Those students having rank in the merit list will be invited for the counselling process.

AIIMS UG 2018 Cut off

Cut off marks are the minimum marks scored by the candidates in order to get admission in the particular course. The cut off will be decided by the governing body i.e. AIIMS. On the basis of the cut off marks, merit list will be prepared. It contains the All India Rank, overall and subject wise percentile etc. The cut off will be released through online mode in the month of June 2018. The cut off will be released category and institution wise.

AIIMS UG 2018 Counselling

Students will be called for counselling on the basis of their ranks in the merit list. The counselling will be conducted in offline mode only and will be organized for all seven AIIMS. Students must appear at the specified time and venue mentioned in the counselling call letter. Students will be given preference as per their ranks in the merit list.

The counselling will be conducted in three rounds followed by the open round of counselling. It will be conducted from July 3, 2018, to July 6, 2018. During counselling, students have to fill their preference and pay the counselling fee. The number of candidates equal to the four times the total number of seats will be called for the first round of counselling.

At the time of counselling, students must bring the one photocopy of registration slip along with the original documents. The list of the documents is as follows:
